Buchhalter:in (m/w/d)

Wien – Teil- / Vollzeit

Dein zukünftiges Aufgabengebiet
  • Laufende Buchhaltung (Kreditoren, Banken, Umsetzung neuer gesetzlicher Vorgaben), Kontenabstimmung & Stammdatenpflege
  • Selbstständige Überwachung des Zahlungsverkehrs und des Mahnwesens
  • Erstellung des Monats-/Quartals-/Jahresabschlusses (inkl. Umsatzsteuerverprobungen)
  • Steuermeldungen (UVA, ZM) und Ansprechpartner:in für steuerliche Angelegenheiten intern
  • Reisespesen für Mitarbeiter in DE/AT
Dein Profil
  • Du hast eine abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung sowie eine absolvierte Buchhalterprüfung und bereits Berufserfahrung als Buchhalter:in
  • Du besitzt gute IT-Kenntnisse, insbesondere MS Office - Microsoft Dynamics-Kenntnisse sind von Vorteil.
  • Du bringst betriebswirtschaftliches und unternehmerisches Denken mit und hast ein sehr gutes Zahlenverständnis
  • Du besitzt hohe Eigenmotivation, Selbstständigkeit und Genauigkeit und übernimmst gerne Verantwortung für deinen Bereich
  • Du hast eine ausgeprägte Team- sowie Serviceorientierung

Gehalt

Für diese Stelle ist mindestens ein Jahresgehalt von 40.000€ auf Vollzeitbasis vorgesehen. Je nach Qualifikation ist eine höhere Bezahlung möglich.

Accountant (m/f/d)

Part-/fulltime - Vienna

Your future field of activity
  • Ongoing bookkeeping (accounts payable, banks, implementation of new legal requirements), account reconciliation & master data maintenance
  • Independent monitoring of payment transactions and dunning procedures
  • Assistance in the preparation of monthly/quarterly/annual financial statements (incl. VAT audits)
  • Tax reporting (UVA, ZM) and contact person for internal tax matters
  • Travel expenses for employees in DE/AT
About you
  • You have completed a commercial apprenticeship, passed an accountancy exam and already have professional experience as an accountant
  • You have good IT skills, especially MS Office - knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics is an advantage.
  • You have a business and entrepreneurial mindset and a very good understanding of numbers
  • You have a high level of self-motivation, independence and accuracy and are happy to take responsibility for your area
  • You have a strong team and service orientation

Salary

The minimum annual salary for this position is €35,000 on a full-time basis. A higher salary is possible depending on qualifications.
