Dein zukünftiges Aufgabengebiet
Du entwickelst Recruiting-Strategien und setzt diese um, um hochqualifizierte Kandidat:innen zu identifizieren und anzuziehen
Du trägst Verantwortung für den gesamten Rekrutierungsprozess von der Bedarfsanalyse bis zur Einstellung von Kandidat:innen
Du praktizierst Active Sourcing, indem du aktiv potenzielle Kandidaten auf dem Arbeitsmarkt identifizierst und Beziehungen aufbaust, um eine talentierte Kandidaten-Pipeline zu entwickeln.
Du arbeitest eng mit Führungskräften zusammen, um die Anforderungen an neue Mitarbeiter:innen zu verstehen
Dein Profil
Du bringst 3-5 Jahre relevante Berufserfahrung bei einer Personalagentur oder als Head Hunter mit
Du hast idealerweise ein abgeschlossenes Studium in BWL, Personalmanagement oder Psychologie
Du besitzt sehr gute MS Office Kenntnissen und sprichst sowohl Deutsch als auch Englisch fließend
Du hast ausgezeichnete Kommunikations- und zwischenmenschliche Fähigkeiten
Du kennst die richtige Balance zwischen Flexibilität und Zielorientierung und punktest mit deiner Hands-on Mentalität

Gehalt
Für diese Stelle ist ein Jahresgehalt von mindestens 45.000€ auf Vollzeitbasis vorgesehen. Je nach Qualifikation ist eine höhere Bezahlung möglich.

Your future field of activity
You develop and implement recruiting strategies to identify and attract highly qualified candidates
You are responsible for the entire recruitment process from needs analysis to hiring candidates
You practice active sourcing by actively identifying potential candidates in the job market and building relationships to develop a talented candidate pipeline
You work closely with managers to understand the requirements for new employees
About you
You have 3-5 years of relevant professional experience at a recruitment agency or as a head hunter
Ideally you have a degree in business administration, personnel management or psychology
You have very good MS Office skills and are fluent in both German and English
You have excellent communication and interpersonal skills
You know the right balance between flexibility and goal orientation and score points with your hands-on mentality

Salary
An annual salary of at least €45,000 on a full-time basis is envisaged for this position. A higher salary is possible depending on qualifications.
