Mit über 135 Jahren Erfahrung in der Produktion exquisiter Tees setzen unsere Produkte Jahr für Jahr die Benchmarks für Teeprodukte im Lebensmittel-Bereich. Seit über 20 Jahren importiert AIYA Europe hochwertigste Matcha Tees für den Europäischen Markt. Unser Produktportfolio beinhaltet das gesamte Spektrum zwischen Bulk-Produkten für Industriekunden und Retail-Produkten für Endkonsumenten. Seit dem 01.01.2021 sind wir IFS Broker zertifiziert. Für unsere Niederlassung in Hamburg suchen wir vorerst auf 2 Jahre befristet zur schnellstmöglichen Besetzung:

 

Junior Supply Chain Planner (m/w/d)

Hamburg - Vollzeit

Dein zukünftiges Aufgabengebiet
  • Warensteuerung für unser Produktportfolio (Matcha, Blatttee, Teemischprodukte, Accessoires) inkl. Bedarfs- und Bestandsplanung sowie just-in-time Lieferung
  • Zusammenarbeit mit und Steuerung unserer bestehenden Logistikdienstleister und Lieferanten
  • Einkauf und Bestellabwicklung von Lebensmitteln, Dienstleistungen und Packstoffen
  • Aufbau von neuen externen Dienstleistern (z.B. Lohnabfüllung, Konfektionierung)
  • Projektarbeit in unterschiedlichen Bereichen und regelmäßiges Reporting von KPIs
  • diverse operative Aufgaben im Bereich Supply Chain & Logistik: Import- und Exportabwicklung, Bestellüberwachung, Auftragskontrolle, Dokumentenverwaltung, Grüner Punkt, Inventuren, Rechnungskontrolle u.a.m.
Dein Profil
  • Du hast bereits ein abgeschlossenes Studium in den Bereichen Supply Chain Management oder Logistik, bist gerade dabei ein solches Studium abzuschließen oder hast eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung im Groß- oder Außenhandel
  • Du bringst erste Berufserfahrung im Bereich Supply Chain Management, Logistik und/oder Einkauf, idealerweise in der Lebensmittelbranche, mit
  • Du besitzt eine selbstsichere und durchsetzungsstarke Persönlichkeit
  • Du bist ein guter Teamplayer, kommunikationsstark und zielorientiert
  • Du sprichst fließend Deutsch und Englisch – weitere Sprachen (Chinesisch, Japanisch) sind von Vorteil
  • Du bringst eine Hands-on Mentalität mit und hast Spaß an nachhaltigen Produkten im Segment Bio
  • Du bist sicher im Umgang mit Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint und Word – Kenntnisse in Microsoft Dynamics NAV von Vorteil

Gehalt

Für diese Position ist ein Jahresgehalt von min. € 30.000 auf Vollzeitbasis vorgesehen. Abhängig von Deiner Qualifikation und Vorerfahrung ist eine Anpassung möglich.

Junior Supply Chain Planner (m/w/d)

Hamburg - Fulltime

Your future field of activity
  • Goods management for our product portfolio (matcha, leaf tea, tea blend products, accessories) including demand and inventory planning as well as just-in-time delivery
  • Collaboration with and management of our existing logistics service providers and suppliers
  • Purchasing and order processing for food, services and packaging materials
  • Development of new external service providers (e.g. contract filling, packaging)
  • Project work in various areas and regular reporting of KPIs
  • Various operational tasks in the area of supply chain & logistics: import and export processing, order monitoring, order control, document management, green dot, inventories, invoice control, etc.
About you
  • You have already completed a degree in supply chain management or logistics, are in the process of completing such a degree or have completed training in wholesale or foreign trade
  • You have initial professional experience in supply chain management, logistics and/or purchasing, ideally in the food industry
  • You have a confident and assertive personality
  • You are a good team player, a strong communicator and goal-oriented
  • You are fluent in German and English - other languages (Chinese, Japanese) are an advantage
  • You have a hands-on mentality and enjoy sustainable products in the organic segment
  • You are confident in using Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and Word - knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics NAV is an advantage

Salary

The minimum annual salary for this position is €30,000 on a full-time basis. A higher salary is possible depending on qualifications.
